Franzi is a German-born producer and the co-founder of Female Narratives. Born in Freudenberg, West Germany, Franzi was influenced by her family's involvement in the events industry; her father was a festival producer, and her mother runs a small event agency.

After moving to London as a model and working for countless big clients, Franzi co-founded Female Narratives in 2017 with Tijana Tamburic, aiming to revolutionise the advertising industry by emphasizing genuine storytelling and diverse representation.

Franzi's passion for producing great stories and her commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices have positioned her as a notable figure in the creative industry. Her work continues to inspire and pave the way for more inclusive narratives in media and advertising.
