Originally from North Yorkshire, Faye moved to London in 2012 to study a Masters degree in Menswear Design at the prestigious Royal College of Art. Her graduate collection ‘A Story for the Quilt’ received sponsorship from Swarovski, Todd & Duncan and Zegna Baruffa, as well as press coverage from Hero Magazine, Hunger TV, Melanie Rickey’s ‘Fashion Editor at Large’, and Vogue. Since graduating she has worked on Menswear Design teams for both ASOS and Paul Smith, before focusing on her freelance career.
Faye has worked for a range of clients across design, production and styling (both men’s and women’s) from small independent and boutique brands such as Benoit Missolin and Bamford to clients such a Debenhams.
As well as developing her freelance portfolio, Faye is currently setting up her own clothing label ‘Fayeeo’. Here Faye marries the values of her first love of menswear with her more recent experience styling womenswear, creating boyish clothes for elegant women.
