Bianca Bridges is the Founder and Creative Director of 888, a creative and events studio, and Breakfast London, a leading media brand spotlighting the capital’s hospitality scene. A key player in London’s food and media landscape, she blends creativity with entrepreneurship to shape how people experience dining and culture.

 

A British-Chinese entrepreneur, Bianca was raised in Singapore and is now based in London. She began as an award-winning food blogger while earning her BSc in Business Administration at the University of Bath. Her book, Breakfast London: Where Real Londoners Eat (Penguin Random House, 2019), became an Amazon Best Seller.

 

Bianca is also a Director at Scully St. James’s and Co-Founder of The Jungle Collective, the hospitality group behind The Railway Tavern N16. Passionate about giving back, Bianca founded Karma Burger, a not-for-profit pop-up supporting charitable causes, and The Lamington Cake Project, benefiting Australian bushfire relief efforts.
